The person that filed the document is the secured party when it comes to the UCC filing. I don't have a Harmony remote but I believe for the manufacturer it's Ziggo and for the model it's Mediabox Next. Once a person files a UCC form, and it is registered by a state’s UCC office, the filing of that document becomes a legal document. I then select its a cable box/satellite receiver, yes to allow me recording tv programs, and yes to having the remote control to control it. In all instances it doesn't find the device in the database, so i select its correct and continue. I go to add device from my Harmony app on my mobile phone, go to entertainment device, for manufacturer name only Ziggo comes up not Ziggo Mediabox Next, so have tried free typing this as well as selecting just Ziggo, for the model number I've entered the serial number from the box. So have just been sent the new 360 remote for my Virgin Tivo box (Arris made), I have the Logitech Harmony Elite remote. Sorry to be a pain, so I've read through the whole thread and still had no luck, if anyone could try and point out where I'm going wrong it would be much appreciated!
